Job Responsibilities:

· Manage always-on digital campaigns (paid & organic) to drive lead generation.

· Collaborate with strategic marketing and other teams to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.

· Work closely with the brand marketing team to develop digital communications and assets.

· Manage and coordinate with media and digital agencies to plan, develop, and execute digital campaigns for branding and acquisition.

· Monitor performance and optimize campaigns using digital analytics and tracking tools, identifying insights to enhance lead generation and digital experiences.

· Support the development of standard operating procedures and policies for managing digital media platforms.

· Oversee dashboards and reporting for digital analytics to facilitate regular reviews and maintenance.

· Manage SEO, ASO, and CRO activities in collaboration with the webmaster.

· Work with content and customer experience teams to enhance SEO, ASO, and CRO strategies.

· Collaborate with the webmaster to execute and optimize website journeys (CRO & Personalization) to drive lead generation and other objectives.

· Develop and execute lead nurture journeys in partnership with the CRM team for prospects and existing customers.

· Work with lead management, CRM, and IT teams to enhance lead management, marketing automation, and integrations.

· Adhoc tasks & projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

· Minimum 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
