What the role is:You support the developing, drafting and review of strategic communications strategy and plans for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS), including the public and internal communications plans for the DIS's target audiences in collaboration with the DIS Departments and Commands, and the relevant stakeholders. You assist in sense-making and analysis of the effectiveness of the DIS's communications.What you will be working on:- Develop strategic communications strategy and plans and assist in the sense-making and analysis of the effectiveness of the DIS's communications - Develop and review doctrine and concept of ops development - Plan DIS information training and education roadmap Challenge(s) - Keeping abreast of MINDEF/SAF events and news which are wide-ranging and interconnected - Coordinating with multiple agencies and stakeholders - Cognisant of the evolving information landscape as well as geopolitical developments to identify information threats and opportunitiesWhat we are looking for:- Education in Communications, Psychology, International Relations or Social Sciences - Good conceptual and analytical skills - Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills - Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
