relaxed yet premium dining experience of the 1826 Restaurant with exclusive

showrooms showcasing BYD's latest electric vehicles.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate with various departments, and ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Car Operations Admin: Assist in the preparation and packing of car delivery packages to ensure all items are included and ready for distribution.

· Automotive Support: Provide administrative support to automotive department to facilitate efficient operations.

· Events Assistant: Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and special projects, such as roadshows and other promotional activities.

· Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies and ensuring a tidy work environment.

· Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.

· Documentation: Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.

· Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to support the smooth functioning of the company.

·Customer Service & Reception Duties: Warmly greet automotive customers and assist with inquiries, appointments, and service requests, especially when Sales Consultants (SCs) are engaged.

· Work closely with Engagement Team reps to ensure prep ahead especially for DENZA test drive

appointments.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
