Overview

  • Develop sustained collaborative relationship with customer (Vet & PRO) through identifying business opportunities via increase product distribution;
  • Develop business plan to accelerate successful puppy recruitment, and deliver KPI which contributes to


overall growth of the Company;

  • Transfer Royal Canin Health Nutrition knowledge with education plan to recruit pet owners through trade partner (PRO).
  • To develop Royal Canin business through expanding distribution, Vet Continuous Education and identifying opportunities, deploying VET channel strategies to VET customers as part of long term business strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for market growth by achieving sales fundamental targets (clinic coverage, active customers and number of SKUs distributed per customers), lead and execute VET Channel development according to plan, and pro-actively identifying and mitigating risks to achieve growth objectives
  • Create VET Continuous Education Plan to increase vet capability through Scientific & Business Education, through seminars, Small Group Discussion and Non-Vet Basic Health Education
  • Ensure the effective visibility of Royal Canin products in VET Clinics
  • Breeder and shelter visitation in accordance to work planned provide competitive market intelligence back to Management. Spending 80% of work time traveling and visiting customers.
  • Ensure targets are met through consistent delivery of successful puppy/kitten recruitment and Net Sales Value (NSV); Build forecast on the demand coming from PRO Customers
  • Optimizes value and promotional metrics to continually add to customer value; Ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives:
  • Analyzing the territory's potential and developing prospective customers to meet the target of account


coverage rate, distribution rate and active account rate;

  • Ensure customer engagement and development at all levels by representing Royal Canin Philippines to customers on relevant issues and concerns, and lead the development of customers to achieve objectives
  • Provide timely and accurate required management information system and set up sales automation, by analyze required information and sales distribution metrics to be translated as a report, and to safeguard the sales automation implementation to achieve all objectives.

  • To grow overall assigned area by developing the category in PRO & Vet. The role has to ensure the effective distribution and coverage and build excellence in visibility by deploying effective marketing and nutrition recommendations.
  • To build engagement with expected kennel customers & Vet customers to provide support and services to become Vets Partner & PRO Partner of 1st choice
  • Collaborate with PRO stakeholders & Vet Care ecosystem


Education &Professional

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or any related.


Knowledge / Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in sales operation
  • Good analytical & presentation skills
  • Good communication skills
