- Design and define operation management-related metrics, and build metric management schemes for global products. These metrics may include, for instance, data related to efficiency & quality performance of global moderation teams.
- Provide data support for business reports, run analysis and collect RCA feedback. Follow up with further management actions.
- Build and maintain data infrastructure, conduct data cleaning, troubleshooting or other data consulting work, manage data access, and establish a single source of truth for global operation management.
- Collaborate with multi-functional departments in pushing for iteration and usage of platform tools, ensuring the configurations' completeness and accuracy, in order to enhance data visualization and data accuracy.
- Identify issue areas through data analysis and independently provide solutions & improvement insights to global management teams.
- Coordinate resources for projects that may involve intensive cross-functional & cross-cultural cooperation.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of working experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in statistics and mathematics, including but not limited to correlation analysis, linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing (t-test, ANOVA), cluster analysis, and LMDI.
- Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets and hands-on experience in SQL/R/Python.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, Power BI, DataPower, etc.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related subjects.
- Broad experience in independently analyzing data, identifying issues, coordinating resources, and solving issues.
