Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with employees to ensure high levels of engagement and morale.
  • Support in creating and disseminating internal communication materials, such as newsletters and announcements.

HR Documentation & Administration

  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and other documentation with high accuracy.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and analysis related to HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Learning & Development Support

  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and development sessions for employees.
  • Assist in tracking learning progress and gathering feedback to enhance program effectiveness.

HR Projects

  • Participate in ongoing HR projects and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  • Conduct research on best practices and support implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Enthusiastic learner with a passion for employee engagement and development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
