We are seeking a Sales Manager (Hunter Sales) for our client in the marine offshore industry. He/she must have a proven track record of bringing in new accounts & experience providing completed integrated telecoms solutions for the offshore/onshore oil and gas industries.Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients, recommending appropriate marine products, integrated systems, and services to enhance seaworthiness.
Manage and evaluate sales leads to develop and forecast business plans for prospective customers.
Execute business strategies in alignment with corporate objectives to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the internal proposal team to deliver high-quality proposals tailored to customer needs.
Coordinate with the technical team to optimize the sales process and ensure efficient system and service delivery.
Address customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Perform other assigned tasks as required.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
At least 6 years of relevant experience with a proven sales track record.
Strong knowledge of the marine industry, particularly in the Energy Sector.
Experience as an Ex-Sailor, Ex-Radio Officer, or Ex-Navy personnel is advantageous.
Well-established network and connections with local and regional shipyards and shipowners.
Strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
