  • Oversee and manage the operational efficiency of all building systems, serving as the primary point of contact for all building services-related matters.
  • Ensure the premises comply with safety, operational, and regulatory standards, while optimising energy usage, enhancing sustainability, and ensuring occupant comfort.
  • Monitor service delivery and performance against key contractual obligations and regulatory requirements, ensuring all systems operate within agreed parameters.
  • Proactively identify and recommend solutions for service disruptions or KPI failures, tailoring these solutions to meet client needs while aligning with industry best practices.
  • Contribute to performance review meetings by offering insights and actionable strategies to enhance service delivery and mitigate operational risks.
  • Collaborate closely with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance and improvement projects, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree or professional certification in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in delivering Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, either in a contractor or facilities management role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing key building systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire safety, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of building statutory regulations, maintenance strategies, and energy efficiency practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in building management systems (BMS), Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.
