Salary: $4500 - $5000 + Transport/Car Allowance + Incentives (No commission)
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to lead our business development initiatives. In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership team to develop and implement strategies that improve our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand a network of new customer contacts to grow our customer base.
- Explore and develop new market segments to increase market share.
- Research and identify potential business prospects, market opportunities, and generate new leads.
- Design and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Track market trends, monitor competitors, and analyze customer needs to adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with sales teams to engage designers, architects, and direct clients for product specifications.
- Build strong relationships with new clients while maintaining connections with existing clients.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experiences in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in the furniture industry
