Job Requirements

Education, Training and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, event management, communications, or fundraising.

Personal Attributes

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, website management tools, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in grants management or fundraising will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, highly proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a high ability to adapt to different situations, personalities, and work requests.
