Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:This position is to drive collaborations across internal and external stakeholders by harmonizing motivations and requirements, enabling the smooth delivery of ActiveSG offerings to the citizens and ensuring that the outcomes and impact of ActiveSG deliverables can support V2030R narratives and vision. Role and Responsibilities • Develop and execute content strategies for ActiveSG to effectively engage Singaporeans in sports and physical activities. • Sense-make market offerings and trends and ensure nimble adaptations to implementation plan. • Understand customer wants and needs and build ActiveSG offerings based on consumer insights and feedback. • Monitor project outcomes, analyse metrics and refine strategies to maximise impact and results. • Partner with zones and centres to enhance ActiveSG sport centres' appeal and relevance. Develop and implement strategies to create welcoming environments that drive facility utilization and increase visitor engagement. • Understand overall corporate direction, long term outcomes and V2030 narrative to better facilitate design and implementation. • Work in partnership with zones to conceptualise and design ActiveSG programmes that align with SportSG's strategic narratives, outcomes and impact. • Ensure implementation of initiatives in accordance with intended deliverables • Understand initiatives across zones, assess utility and facilitate alignment across ActiveSG content implementation plan • Design and implement ActiveSG's key events framework, integrating it with programme initiatives and content strategy. • Collaborate with the events taskforce to plan and execute key ActiveSG events. Provide strategic support in event design, implementation and delivery to ensure successful outcomes. • Drive and execute events, from design and planning, allocation of resources and manpower to actual execution and implementation.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Public Policy / Sports Management or equivalent • At least 5 years of proven experience and/or track record in programme development and management, sport event strategy, strategic planning, etc • Exhibit SportSG Core Values and Leadership Behaviours (4 Roles of Leader) • Ability to consider a wide range of internal and external variables that will influence planning outcomes and processes. • Ability to deal with complexity and rapid changes in the overall environment especially in navigating the Strategy-Ops Nexus. • Possess a strategic and growth mindset • Able to proactively manage priorities and relationships and people in order to effectively drive projects forward. • Able to facilitate the generation of solutions to complex issues. • Possess strong analytical skills and good business acumen, • Has good organisational, management and administrative skills • Has good verbal and written communication skills • Able to multi-task and work under pressure The level of offer will commensurate with applicants' experience and track records.
