- Collaborate closely with other facilities management professionals and contractors to ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Degree or professional certification in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in delivering Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, either in a contractor or facilities management role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing key building systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire safety, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of building statutory regulations, maintenance strategies, and energy efficiency practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in building management systems (BMS), Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.
