- Ensure the quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of all building system services, including maintenance, emergency response, and improvement projects, delivered by both internal teams and external contractors.

Requirements:
- Higher NITEC/Diploma or professional certification in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in building systems operations and management.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing key building systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire safety, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, BMS, electrical, fire protection, and security systems.
- Proficiency in building management systems (BMS), Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.
