Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirement:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in thermal interface material development or a related area.
- Experience in the electronics, automotive, or aerospace industries.
- Publications or patents in the field of thermal interface materials.
- Experience with thermal simulation software and tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance related to thermal management materials.

- Strong knowledge of thermal management principles and materials science.
- Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and characterization techniques.
- Extensive experience in thermal and mechanical characterization of materials.
- Proven ability to develop and establish new applications and test methods for TIMs.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Engineering and statistic methods such as 6 Sigma, DOE, minitab, root-cause analysis, etc.
