Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in thermal interface material development or a related area.
  • Experience in the electronics, automotive, or aerospace industries.
  • Publications or patents in the field of thermal interface materials.
  • Experience with thermal simulation software and tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance related to thermal management materials.
  • Experience with thermal simulation software and tools is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of thermal management principles and materials science.
  • Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and characterization techniques.
  • Extensive experience in thermal and mechanical characterization of materials.
  • Proven ability to develop and establish new applications and test methods for TIMs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Engineering and statistic methods such as 6 Sigma, DOE, minitab, root-cause analysis, etc.
