
Design Marketing Executive
This role will work on the development of marketing communications and seasonal campaigns for Channel programs in a retail environment. This position requires a self-motivated multitasker with strong project management skills
Strategy and Design Planning
• Elevate the creative; be innovative in supporting the ideation and production processes, enabling great ideas to thrive.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to produce impactful marketing materials.
• Work on marketing strategies/campaigns to enhance the customer experience and drive engagement.
• Mapping out customer journeys and developing marketing touchpoints to nurture relationships of the customer lifecycle.
• Work on Visual Merchandising according to regional guidelines and marketing plans.
• Design and visualize support brand marketing activities.
• Provide advice and direction to affiliate teams on matters relating to retail environment.
• Adaptation of 2D floorplans/visual artworks and 3D modelling skillset.
• Work closely with the team on store planning design and layout creation process.
• Proactively anticipate challenges and smooth the path of project execution
Requirements
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent experience in Marketing Communications/Retail Design/Interior Design/Visual Merchandising
• Proven 1-2 years of experience in marketing or luxury retail design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keyshot and other Adobe Creative Suite.
• A team player with minimal supervision and has an eye for detail, versatile with a willing to learn attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines of multiple projects.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
