About the role
As a sales specialist in Banking Industry, you will play a crucial role in driving the bank's sales strategy. This full-time position, based in the Office / Branch, involves engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
What you'll be doing
- Actively prospecting for new clients by conducting outbound calls or walk-in customers
- Proven ability to achieve sales target, Resourceful and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Competent in engaging and managing internal and external clients
- Conducting needs assessments to understand client requirements and develop appropriate sales strategies
- Presenting and demonstrating the company's products and services to potential clients
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Strong based of customer service and communication skills

- Professional Individuals, looks presentable and with a positive mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive sales experience
- Without Financial papers are welcomed but MUST possess a “Hunter” attitude
- Preferably with basic Financial papers
- No experience welcome
