About the role
As a sales specialist in Banking Industry, you will play a crucial role in driving the bank's sales strategy. This full-time position, based in the Office / Branch, involves engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively prospecting for new clients by conducting outbound calls or walk-in customers
  • Proven ability to achieve sales target, Resourceful and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Competent in engaging and managing internal and external clients
  • Conducting needs assessments to understand client requirements and develop appropriate sales strategies
  • Presenting and demonstrating the company's products and services to potential clients
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Strong based of customer service and communication skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
