Job Description:

  1. Make regular visits to contact points within customer accounts to maintain relationship with customers.
  2. Make presentations, demonstrations and present new product offerings to customers.
  3. Work closely with principals to actively promote products and services.
  4. Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  5. Coordinate sales effort and after-sales follow up with Sales Support, Retail Sales and other internal service groups.
  6. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  7. Garner knowledge of all products within our offerings to represent the company as a product expert.
  8. Keep abreast of products in the market, market conditions and competitive activities etc.
  9. Identify advantages and compare organization’s products/services and potential for new products and services.
  10. Participate in trade shows and conventions where necessary.

Job Requiurements:

  • Possession of Diploma

2 years of Direct Sales Experience in F&B or Hospitality preferred

  • Demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving
  • Ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferably possess a class 3 driving license with own vehicle
