The Opportunity

  • You will be recruiting strategically, and act proactively to fill current needs as well as understand the value in building a pipeline for future opportunities

The Talent

  • At least 2 years of end to end recruitment experience in hiring for retail/ blue collar / corporate leadership roles
  • Recruiter or experienced sourcer who has built candidate slates & executed experienced hire processes.
  • Experience in agency and/or an in-house recruitment team and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication as well as interpersonal skills
  • This role involves managing recruitment activities in Japan, including liaising with Japanese-speaking job seekers. Therefore, business fluency in Japanese is required

The Job

  • Effective talent partner to the Store Leadership & Country General Manager, Retail Experience teams, leading end-to-end recruitment for beauty advisors, retail associates, store managers & store directors.
  • Liaising with Hiring Managers on hiring needs, sourcing & interviewing candidates to offer management & pre-onboarding support.
  • Partnering with campus outreach program
  • Writing & posting job advertisements on in-house ATS/ LinkedIn & other relevant platforms.
  • Source applicants through in-house Application Tracking System, online channels, and other professional networks, industry partners.
  • Plan & assist in interview and selection procedures
  • Manage the candidate experience & facilitate the entire recruitment process from start to end
  • Maintaining list of active & pipelined talent pool in the relevant sector especially for store leadership roles
  • Providing internal resourcing consultancy service to hiring managers including the provision of advice on all recruitment issues
  • Analysing and implementing process improvements
