Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales operations, developing a strategic business plan that focuses on boosting sales, managing revenue, and controlling expenses.
- Engage potential clients to discuss their digital marketing campaigns, providing valuable insights to improve profitability and campaign performance.
- Identify and collaborate with referral partners and other businesses.
- Work closely with both new and existing clients to understand their needs, and propose tailored sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through multiple channels, ensuring regular follow-up and arranging virtual or in-person meetings to explore potential partnerships.
- Arranging daily sales meeting and attending business networking sessions.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow the customer base and enhance the company’s market presence.
- Foster and maintain long-term client relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus point.
- Must be a responsible team player, punctual, and reliable
