Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
· Oversee the full employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off boarding.
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
· Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and leave administration.
Office Administration
· Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
· Manage office supplies, vendor relationships and facility maintenance.
· Administrative support for employees.
· Organize company events, meetings, and team building activities.
· Ensure workplace safety and compliance with local regulations.
· Other works assigned by company.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
· Ability to multitask and work independently.
· Experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment is plus.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
