  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

· Attend to inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires

· Make outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings

· Co-ordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced

· Submit insurance claims

· Arrange bookings and help with registrations of patients

· Assist with the issuance of tax invoices

· Concierge customers from & to directions of X ray/MRT/taxi stand/clinic

· Support sales & marketing activities and compile statistics

· Assist with other ad-hoc admin duties such as faxing and/or filing

· Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management

Requirement:

· Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Levels

· Speaks fluent English. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.

· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

· Customer service oriented & positive attitude towards learning

· Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Early shift
  • Late shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Shift system
