Requirements:

  • Diploma or professional certification in Project Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field with a valid accreditation in Project Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in a facilities or building services setting.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software, with a particular focus on budget and schedule management.
