What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for Sales roles across Southeast Asia, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for the Singapore and Regional Sales teams, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, and career development.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and productive work environment for our Singapore team.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and China HQ to align HR policies, practices, and recruitment strategies.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the whole team.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment or HR activities.
  • Diploma's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in Sales recruitment or familiarity with Southeast Asia markets is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with regional teams and China headquarters.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, including performance management and employee engagement, particularly in the Southeast Asia market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
