Job Description & RequirementsResponsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for desktop and laptop-related issues.
  • Respond to IT service requests from end-users (via phone, email, or ticketing systems).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Assist with software installations, upgrades, and updates.
  • Perform user account management and password resets.
  • Escalate complex issues to L2 or other IT teams when necessary.

  • Experience with Active Directory for user account management.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
