  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, operation, user support, and governance of IT systems, focusing on applications and business divisions.
  • Manage IT resources, including human capital, costs, and IT products, to optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive IT initiatives and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, including the introduction of new technologies and continuous system improvements.
  • Explore and integrate new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), to enhance business operations.

Requirements :

  • A Bachelor's Degree with experience in team management and at least 3 years in a relevant IT project management role.
  • Proven track record in leading application-related projects (ERP, SCM, CRM, etc.), from planning to execution and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with Citizen Development (Microsoft Power Platform) and Process Automation (RPA).
  • Knowledge of IT audits and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience or keen interest in Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (monthly or bi-monthly) to locations such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and India
