What the role is:Your role is to ensure that the central means-test service (consisting of an IT system as well as manual processing operations) follows sound data governance principles, practices and system implementations, so that citizens' data can be used and shared respectfully and lawfully to meet means-testing and related purposes by government agencies. You will contribute towards the strengthening of Singapore's safety nets and a more caring and inclusive society. You do so by ensuring the operations of our central means-test service is efficient and citizen-centric, and by offering creative and sound solutions to partner agencies in their means-testing needs. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:You will provide operational oversight on the data governance framework, practices and implementations for the central means-test system, so that citizens' data can be processed by HOMES, HOMES Ops and Schemes in an efficient, accurate, respectful and lawful manner.What we are looking for:
  • At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in the Public Service (Preferred) • Possess prior experience handling data governance and data sharing issues / IM8 to support administration of government schemes. (Preferred) • Possess good analytical and solutioning skills. • Proficiency with Excel. • Attention to details. • Ability to plan and prioritise tasks. • A team player who demonstrates good interpersonal skills and initiative. • Motivated and persevering, resourceful and able to work independently and see through projects to completion. • Ability to multi-task, handle stress and handle a fast work pace.
