What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for Sales roles across Southeast Asia, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Act as the primary HR contact for the Singapore and Regional Sales teams, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, and career development.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and productive work environment for our Singapore team.
- Collaborate with regional teams and China HQ to align HR policies, practices, and recruitment strategies.
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the whole team.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment or HR activities.
- Diploma’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Sales recruitment or familiarity with Southeast Asia markets is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with regional teams and China headquarters.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, including performance management and employee engagement, particularly in the Southeast Asia market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
