Singapore, SingaporeJob Description:Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Innovative Medicine Sales team in Singapore.The successful candidate in this role will build relationships with key accounts within a territory. They will develop business opportunities in the assigned portfolios, with the objective of achieving and exceeding the sales targets set. They will also be responsible for developing long-term positive customer relationships to build customer advocacy and confidence in Johnson & Johnson as a preferred supplier.This position reports to the Business Unit Lead for Oncology.Job responsibilities:
  • Achieve/exceed assigned sales targets and related activities.
  • Identify development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability, and market share for target customers.
  • Provide high levels of customer happiness through customer relationships, product support and services.
  • Manage account information through effective, timely reports and accurate customer records.
  • Improve product knowledge and selling related skills to provide improved service to customers which differentiate J&J from competitors.
  • Engage in product portfolio management and set strategic directions based on customer needs and business goals.
  • Keep up to date on disease, product, competitor, and market knowledge.
  • Foster collaboration and partnerships between opinion leaders and the company.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business/Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 – 8 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector with strong record, with a preference for experience in oncology.
  • Showed resilience, desire to learn, openness and adaptability, attention to details and possess the desire to excel and grow.
  • Displayed excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of working in a collaborative environment and developing positive relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Shown ability to manage the needs of different collaborators involved in the decision-making process.
  • Exhibited an ability to navigate uncertainty and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license.
