What the role is:You are part of a team that formulates strategy and plans to transform the way MINDEF delivers digital services to our internal and external stakeholders.What you will be working on:- Develop Service Delivery (SD) digital masterplan and roadmap - Oversee SD Operations Support Information Technology (OSIT) budget and product portfolio - Conduct research on tech developments and identify opportunities to deploy relevant digital solutions to improve SD, in particular through the use of ready-made Whole-of-Government (WOG) products - Perform regular reviews of existing SD products, inclusive of user research, to ensure that they are meeting user needs and business objectives Challenge(s) - Implementing cost-effective digital solutions while ensuring they meet diverse user needs across MINDEF/SAF employees and NS populationWhat we are looking for:- Education in Information Technology/Systems or Business Consulting is preferred - Understanding of tech developments, digital products, UX research, product management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Presentation capabilities - Collaboration expertise - Relationship-building skills - Cross-team working ability (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
