- Coordinate with the production planner and management on any changes or delays in the production schedule.
- Work with R&D on raw material shortages or quality issues.
- Regularly report raw material characteristics, such as foreign particles, color, texture, and odor, to QC.
- Brief Operators and Line Leaders on production matters and management information.
- Manage Operators and Line Leaders as needed on a daily basis.
- Assist by covering the production line during breaks.
- Check machinery and consumables during shifts; report issues to the Manager.
- Collaborate with the Batching Leader.
- Enter and update production output details in Navision promptly.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Proven experience in dairy manufacturing or a related food production environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
