Research Scientist (Production)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments to address research objectives.
• Stay updated on scientific advancements through literature reviews.
• Perform laboratory work, including sample preparation, data collection, and analysis.
• Interpret results, draw conclusions, and present findings through reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams on research and product development.
• Maintain accurate experimental records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in preparing research proposals, grant applications, and publications.
• Participate in scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related fields.

Experience: 3-8 years of research experience in academia or industry, with a strong track record of scientific innovation. Experience in upscaling to production is a plus.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in protein purification, cell culture and relevant laboratory techniques.
• Strong knowledge of experimental design, data analysis, and statistical tools.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in scientific research.
