- 10+ years of sales leadership, account management, or business development experience, preferably in hospitality technology or SaaS.
- Proven success in managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams across multiple regions.
- Deep understanding of hospitality technology solutions, including CRS and revenue management tools.
- Extensive knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape and business opportunities.
- Vast network of industry peers, hotel operators and key players across markets
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals, driving negotiations, and implementing best practices in account management to maximize revenue.
- Ability to align sales and account management strategies with business objectives.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills to optimize team performance.
