FINANCE MANAGER
Key responsibilities include:
- Be a proactive Finance business partner to drive results by using timely, accurate and business relevant information to support critical decision making
- Partner with the business head(s) for events exhibitions, to analyse business performance and strategy, recommend, and prepare project actuals and forecast PL and cashflow
- Manage, prepare, and analyse budgets, actuals, forecasts, and assist in monthly management reporting and financial modelling for BU and Group Corporate
- Develop initiatives and policies to improve financial growth and cost optimization
- Drive process improvements, systems implementation, and ad-hoc projects
- Ensures internal controls in place are adequate and in compliance with all corporate governance requirements
- Ad-hoc tasks and duties as required
You will be a great match if you have the following qualifications/experience:
- Chartered Accountant and/or Degree holder in Accountancy with 5+ years commercial and/or audit experience, with excellent business/commercial acumen, and management experience.
- Experience in FP&A, business partnering, and general Finance
- Takes pride in accuracy and possess strong technical skills
- Resilient, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong track record of automation and process simplification and improvement
- All-rounded skillsets and experience will be a plus.
