- Lead and support the execution of annual cycle activities (e.g., annual cycle, comp and talent reviews, signature programs), leveraging solutions, and tools provided by COEs
- Participate in senior leadership/executive level role recruiting for the region comprising key regional and/or country leadership roles
- Prepare and deliver change management plans
- Act in partnership for more complex ER issues and/or lead investigations on a situational basis, upon request of global/regional PO leadership
- Able to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation, and to consult, influence and partner with senior leaders in developing/executing people strategies to drive business performance
- Proven track record of working in a complex environment ensuring that key stakeholders often with conflicting priorities are heard and supported
- Creative and adept at problem solving, with an appreciation of diverse cultures and regions. Able to consult on application of policy and process as well as trends, themes, and solutions
