Job FunctionHospital Supply ChainJob SummaryThe Senior Logistics Specialist - Hospital Supply Chain is responsible for executing onsite medical supplies replenishment related activities. He/She performs operations in adherence to procedures, and the safe and efficient operations of goods and equipment.He/she also coordinates the ordering, receiving, topping up, transaction documentation process, and performs the secure handling of goods. He also implements improvement opportunities within the off-site operations.He/she may be required to work in rotating shifts.   • Review operations quality issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate arrangement of warehouse cargo and items

  • Perform stock control and housekeeping operations
  • Execute operations according to different situations and contingencies
  • Track cargo-handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with
