Position Overview: -
As a Client Account Manager, we expect strong experience managing an account portfolio end to end handling all facets such as Revenue Management, Sales, Stakeholder engagement and driving growth within the Financial Services sector. This Account Manager’s objectives would be to serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs, build, and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Key Responsibilities:-
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain trust with clients, understanding their needs and managing expectations regarding timelines and costs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and prepare for client meetings.
- Strategic Growth: Identify new business opportunities and manage revenue processes, including contract negotiations.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks within client accounts.
Qualifications:-
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of account management and revenue generation strategies.
- Experience in contract management and negotiations.
- Validated Sales Excellence and creative, problem-solving approach
