Job Description
- Developing marketing strategies and plans to achieve brand, campaign & stores objectives through 360 communications.
- Drive campaign implementation by working closely with internal teams, external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Ensure communications, marketing updates, and campaign tracking are delivered in a timely manner.
- Conduct market research, gather feedback, and perform competitive analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Support the tracking and management of marketing budget, ensuring that resources are used efficiently, and that expenditure are aligned with campaign objectives.
- Build and drive partnership and collaboration programs to drive footfall.
- Identify opportunities to boost sales and revenue through effective marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Execute & monitor effective digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media and email marketing metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Basic photography and video image & editing skills
- Any other Marketing projects assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Marketing/ Marcom/ Sales & Marketing / Ecommerce or related discipline.
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive & enhance marketing strategies.
- Possess an enthusiastic, fun and positive attitude, with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Creative, ideas creation, innovative, meticulous and results-oriented
- 2 – 3 years working experience in related position.
- Candidate with agency, e-com, fashion and retail experience will be an advantage.
- Basic image, video editing, photoshop and illustrator skill
