The role will involve the leadership, development and implementation of the strategy, business processes, and systems for Singapore Injectables direct business.

To lead Singapore & Malaysia commercial team to drive the business and to ensure they are representing Sinclair’s brands appropriately. To ensure that the sales targets and EBITDA targets are met.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Role

  • Develop, maintain and grow the sales in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Achieve growth and hit Budget (Revenue, Gross Margin and EBITDA).
  • Directly promote sales in the territory of exclusive competence
  • Respect the quarterly and annual budgets assigned.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of brand awareness.
  • Collaboration with different departments (marketing, clinical and service) within APAC as well as global.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team that are accurate and in a timely manner
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new.
  • Define and execute monthly action plan for the assigned accounts.
  • Effectively use promotional activities in line with budget.
  • Adhere to Company promotional strategy.
