Events Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Ensure client satisfaction by meeting all project objectives within the established timelines and budget.
- Oversee onsite production setup and tear-down, manage event rehearsals, and coordinate clearly with all vendors to execute project goals effectively.
- Continually develop and maintain strong relationships with the agency’s vendor panel; negotiate pricing and manage budgets to achieve both client satisfaction and agency profitability.
- Actively participate in site visits and meetings alongside Event Planners to evaluate venues and assess the feasibility of vendor installations and service offerings.
- Conduct quality checks on suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications & Abilities
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is needed to handle Internationally-based and China-based customers
- Minimum of three years’ experience in project management within an international event agency or similar industry.
- Demonstrated reliability and accountability for assigned tasks.
- Resilience and strong problem-solving abilities to effectively handle project challenges.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Clear, open, and honest communication skills.
- Genuine passion for event management.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote work, including self-motivation, autonomy, and availability during regular working hours.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
