You are responsible for the support of the Defence Attache Offices (DAOs) to ensure smooth and continuous operations. You ensure that there are consistent service delivery standards to the DAOs and conduct regular analysis of processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Oversee and support DAO administrative processes and Human Resource (HR) administration
- Manage logistics matters
- Monitor changes to existing policies, manpower and logistics matters
- Ability to work independently and multi-task given the diverse portfolios
- Having extensive knowledge in the field of manpower and logistics
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or Logistics is preferred
- Strong organisational skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
