This role is ideal for someone who understands financial products and has a passion for digital marketing.Key Responsibilities
  • Website Revamp
  • Lead the planning and execution of a language refresh for the uSMART website to improve clarity and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and designers to ensure content aligns with financial regulations, brand messaging, and a user-friendly tone.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and recommend improvements for navigation, copy, visuals, and overall language style.
  • Social Media Management
  • Assist in creating and scheduling content across uSMART’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Develop engaging posts to promote key offerings, such as Regular Savings Plans (RSPs), zero-commission trading, and exclusive promotions.
  • Analyse performance metrics and provide insights to enhance content strategy.
  • Campaign Execution
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital ads, influencer collaborations, and giveaways.
  • Help track campaign performance, gather data, and generate reports on key metrics.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand objectives.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 - 6 months.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to work independently
