  • Talent Sourcing & Screening:
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
  • Maintain and update the talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Coordination:
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Assist in tracking candidate progress and maintaining recruitment databases.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Employer Branding & Engagement:
  • Support initiatives to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Help manage recruitment events, university outreach, and social media content.
  • Research market trends and provide insights on hiring strategies.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in finance, technology, or quantitative trading is a plus.
