Eligibility: Open to Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and South Korea
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pre-Event Planning
• Attend meetings to finalize event details and logistics
• Conduct site visits and confirm setup requirements
• Arrange transportation of food, inventory, and supplies
• Ensure permits and contracts are in place
• Coordinate with vendors and assign part-time staff roles
Event Day Operations
• Oversee setup of tables, buffet stations, and service areas
• Act as the main contact for FOH and kitchen teams
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portioning
• Manage BOH operations, including bar setup
• Ensure health, safety, and food handling compliance
Post-Event Duties
• Supervise venue breakdown and inventory checks
• Document event performance and areas for improvement
• Complete post-event reports
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain event supply stock (e.g., beverages, in-house alcohol)
• Archive event images and track beverage consumption
• Assist with sourcing inventory and administrative tasks
• Support the Head of Service/Operations as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years in event coordination, hospitality, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite
Basic English communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and team player
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Full-time, 5-day workweek (44 hours)
• Weekend and public holiday flexibility required
• Off-in-lieu or time off provided for additional hours
