We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation Staff to manage hotel bookings, provide outstanding guest service, and support front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Mosque St, #8A, Singapore 059488
Salary: $1,800
Work Schedule: 6-day workweek (4 & 8-hour shifts available)
Eligibility: Singapore Citizens & PR only
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reservation Management
Process room reservations via phone, email, and online systems
Update and maintain the hotel’s booking system
Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations as required
Upsell room types and additional services where applicable
Guest Communication
Handle inquiries regarding accommodation, rates, and availability
Provide clear and detailed information on hotel facilities & services
Send booking confirmations and pre-arrival details
Address special requests and guest arrangements
Administrative Duties
Generate daily arrival & departure reports
Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences
Coordinate with other departments regarding guest requirements
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
Follow up on guest feedback related to reservations
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Prior experience in hotel reservations or front desk operations preferred
Technical Skills:
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
• Proficient in computer-based reservation systems
• Strong typing & data entry skills
Personal Attributes:
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional telephone etiquette
