Job Duties:
Handle customer enquiries related to the Rewards Program, feedback, and membership account services across multiple channels
Serve as the first point of contact and key liaison for all relevant stakeholders,
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and intermediaries to resolve cases and complaints within an appropriate timeframe
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to review and enhance work processes, driving continuous improvements in customer experience
Perform other ad hoc duties and support tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level qualification with 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required (Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
Resourceful, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Other Information
Salary Up to $2700 (Inclusive Incentives)
Working hours 9am to 9pm (Shift, 2 days work, 2 days off)
