Conduct consultations with parents to explain childcare offerings, benefits, and pricing.
Maintain accurate records of all leads, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly childcare sign-up targets as set by management.
2. Lead Generation and Follow-up for Donations
Identify potential donors, both corporate and individual, to secure donations for the organization.
Build and maintain relationships with key donors, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates on donation needs.
Approach corporate companies for corporate social responsibility (CSR) donations and establish partnerships.
Engage with individual donors to encourage and secure one-time or recurring donations.
Present compelling proposals and donation packages to prospective donors.
Maintain donor records and track donations, ensuring a seamless follow-up process.
Work with the fundraising team to meet or exceed fundraising goals.
3. Administrative and Reporting Duties
Provide regular updates on lead generation efforts and conversion rates to the management team.
Manage email, phone, and in-person communications efficiently, ensuring a professional and timely response.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to lead generation and donations.
Ensure all leads and donations are logged into the CRM system and tracked accurately.
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience working with CRM software to track leads and donations (Salesforce or similar preferred).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
A passion for working with families and supporting community initiatives.
Desired Attributes:
