  • Assist with the development and dissemination of analysis and business reviews which deliver insights to our casino sales efforts
  • Track sales team key performance indicators, monitor customer reinvestment strategies to optimize segment profitability, and assess the effectiveness of sales strategies
  • Execute special projects and deep-dives into the business to identify business trends and unique insights into patron behaviour which can further enhance the understanding of the business
  • Cross-functional strategic planning, which may include involvement in budgeting/forecasting, review of marketing programs, and the creation of sales incentive plans
Strategic Planning
  • Work with stakeholders across the property to identify strategic priorities, develop initiatives, and build long-term strategic plans to drive growth
  • Conduct competitive market research, including analyzing the industry and competitive landscapes, compiling regional business intelligence, and utilizing market data to identify and communicate actionable opportunities and trends
  • Prepare and present strategic planning materials for management briefings in a clear and concise manner
  • Execute special projects as assigned by senior management
Job Requirements Education & Certification • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution majoring in business, finance, accounting, marketing, economics or a related field is preferred Experience • Basic understanding of accounting and financial modeling techniques is preferred. Other Prerequisites • Must have strong PC skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel/MS PowerPoint/ MS Word and intermediate level database skills. Understanding of SAS, VBA, Tableau (or similar) desirable. • Must have strong interpersonal, communication and PowerPoint presentation skills; the ability to create clear and concise presentations for Executive Management is critical. • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment while working under pressure and meeting deadlines. • Must maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with team members in a professional, respectful manner. • Periodic travel may be required. • Must be self-motivated and resourceful; able to multi-task and focus on delivering results.Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
