- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in the education/recruitment industry.
- High level of communications skills in English
- Team player with a strong commitment to a team approach
- Able to multi-task and deliver under tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Ability to work across multiple teams and support various business.
- Pro-active attitude and constantly strive to improve work efficiency
