We are expanding our scale of operations and we look forward to welcoming a business development executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming battery recycling processes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential partners, including battery manufacturers, recyclers, lithium battery asset owners such as energy storage companies and industrial users.
  • Support negotiations and close commercial agreements that align with our recycling goals.
  • Execute sales strategy to secure supply streams and customers for recycled battery materials.
  • Analyze trends in battery production, end-of-life battery management, and energy storage applications.
  • Build a detailed map of key stakeholders, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop and refine our go-to-market strategy for different regions and customer segments.
  • Represent NEU Battery Materials at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in business development or sales, with a strong preference for experiences in the recycling industry
  • Self-driven, independent, and resourceful
  • Effective team player with good communication and presentation skills
  • Possess good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
