We are seeking a passionate and organised individual to join our dental practice as a Dental Receptionist and Assistant. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. As an assistant, you will be ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for the dentist.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly
- Assist dentists with a variety of procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Prepare dental instruments and materials for treatment.
- Sterilise and maintain dental equipment.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and perform general administrative tasks
- Handle patient billing and insurance claims
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Plato & Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Candidate will be required to work at least 4 weekdays and and Saturday (Sunday Off)
