We are seeking a passionate and organised individual to join our dental practice as a Dental Receptionist and Assistant. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. As an assistant, you will be ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for the dentist.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly
  • Assist dentists with a variety of procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Prepare dental instruments and materials for treatment.
  • Sterilise and maintain dental equipment.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and perform general administrative tasks
  • Handle patient billing and insurance claims

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Plato & Microsoft Office (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • A friendly and professional demeanor
  • Candidate will be required to work at least 4 weekdays and and Saturday (Sunday Off)
